 Decorative Painting Tips

1.  To save time painting identical pieces, sandwich them together
with double-faced tape, and paint several edges at one time.

2.  Plastic 35mm film containers are great for mixing small amounts
of paint.

3.  Cover empty Pringles potato chip cans with pretty paper and use
them to hold brushes.

4.  An easy to paint beads is to thread them onto a barbecue
skewer.  For smaller beads, use toothpicks.  Poke into an empty
foam egg carton to dry.

5.  The cardboard in empty cereal boxes is great for making
templates for wood patterns.
